Hailey Middlebrook

Long before marketing was a job title, I was a kid with a camera, filming YouTube videos just for the joy of creating something and putting it out into the world. I didn’t know it then, but that curiosity, how stories are told, how people connect through content, and how creativity brings people together, would become the foundation of everything I do today.

Now, I’m a Kelowna-based marketing and content professional helping lifestyle, food, and event-based brands tell their stories in a way that feels real, intentional, and human.

How It Turned Into a Career

What started as a creative outlet slowly turned into a skillset.

I studied Business Administration with a major in Marketing, not because I wanted to lose the creative side but because I wanted to understand how creativity actually works in the real world. How brands grow. How audiences engage. How ideas turn into results.

Over the years, I found myself naturally drawn to fast-paced environments building brands, launching events, growing social platforms, and creating experiences that people genuinely wanted to be part of.

And somewhere along the way, Middlebrook Marketing was born.

What I Believe About Marketing

I believe the best marketing doesn’t feel like marketing.

It feels like:

  • A brand that just gets you

I care deeply about authenticity, consistency, and connection. I don’t believe in chasing trends just to keep up — I believe in building something that lasts, something that feels aligned, and something people trust.

That’s why I’m hands-on in my work. I want to understand your brand, your goals, and your audience — not just post content and move on.

Why I Started Middlebrook Marketing

I started Middlebrook Marketing because I saw a gap.

Too many businesses felt overwhelmed by marketing — unsure what to post, how to show up online, or how to tell their story without sounding forced. I wanted to create a space where brands felt supported, understood, and confident in how they present themselves.

This isn’t about doing everything.
It’s about doing the right things, consistently, with intention.

Marketing & Content Strategy: 4+ years leading campaigns, social growth, and content planning.

Multi-Channel Expertise: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, paid advertising, and website content.

Event Marketing: Planned and ran events for 700–4,000 people, handling everything from branding and social media to working with influencers and managing vendors.

Results-Oriented: Delivered $150K+ in ticket sales for a single campaign, and consistently grew social media communities from 0 → 10k+ followers.

Collaboration & Leadership: Experience managing teams, coordinating with vendors and influencers, and working cross-functionally with creative and operations.
